  1. Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched. 
  2. Delivery timings may be subject to delays and can vary depending on the destination country and city.
  3. During peak periods such as sales and festive seasons, deliveries may exceed the specified time frames, and delays should be anticipated. Nevertheless, we are committed to delivering all orders as quickly as possible. 
  4. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes that vary by country, which are to be borne by the recipient. Please check your local customs website for more information about such charges.


Unsuccessful Delivery

In most cases, local couriers will make two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, your parcel will be returned to us. Please ensure the correct and complete address, along with your contact number, is provided. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may lead to unsuccessful or delayed deliveries and may be returned.

Please note that unclaimed parcels or failed deliveries due to errors on your part will result in a redelivery fee.


Missing Parcels

Shipping may experience delays for various reasons, including public holidays or unforeseen customs checks and delays. If you do not receive your order within the specified timeframe, please contact us at here for assistance.

 Note: Once your package has been handed over to our third-party delivery partners, Skinny Art Space shall not be responsible for any lost parcels if substantial proof of delivery can be provided. Any reports of lost packages will be escalated to the respective third-party delivery partner and Skinny Art Space will make reasonable efforts to assist in compensation claims, if any, on a case-by-case basis.
