Order & Delivery

You may wish to login to your account and check the status of delivery under your account's Order History.

If you need an item urgently and require expedited shipping, please contact us here prior to placing your order. We will gladly accommodate your request and arrange an alternative shipping method. Additional costs incurred will be charged to you separately.

In most cases, local couriers will make two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, your parcel will be returned to us.

Please note that unclaimed parcels or failed deliveries due to errors on your part will result in a redelivery fee.

Please reach out to us here with your order number in order for the team to check if your parcel has been dispatched. If your parcel has been dispatched, I’m afraid we are unable to redirect it to a different address.
