Exchange and Return Policy

All purchases made on are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.


Incorrect/Defective Item

We sincerely apologise for any incorrect or defective items you may have received. Kindly contact us within 5 days of receipt with your order number, photos, and videos of the defect or incorrect items for us to advise you further. Any return or exchange request after the stipulated time frame will not be accepted.

    • The item must remain in its original, brand-new, unwashed, unworn, and unscented condition.
    • The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.
    • The item must have been purchased directly from only. We do not accept exchanges or returns for products purchased through third parties.

 Please note that defective goods do not include damage during transit, as we ensure that all items undergo stringent checks and careful packaging before they are delivered to your doorstep.

Each case will be assessed individually, and we will honour a one-to-one exchange (subject to item availability) for a new piece upon receiving your return. If we are unable to fulfil an exchange, a refund will be issued to you in the form of store credit. The shipping fee incurred during the return will also be refunded as store credit.

Please ensure you have received our acknowledgement, via email, prior to returning defective or incorrect items. You should arrange to return your defective or incorrect items no more than 5 working days after our acknowledgement.
